Test realistic use cases
Use printer models and settings similar to your customers. Test small decorative models, long print jobs and parts with overhangs or detailed surfaces. Record nozzle temperature, bed temperature and failure rate.
Compare multiple spools
One good sample is not enough. Test different colors or batches when possible, especially for materials such as PETG and TPU that are sensitive to process stability.
Scale gradually
After sample approval, a small trial order can validate packaging, logistics and market feedback before larger repeat shipments.
